Falls Prevention, Chamber Music at Hunterdon County Senior Center

September 20-26 is Falls Prevention Awareness Week. Falls can be prevented by removing home hazards, practicing balance exercises and regularly checking medications and vision. In addition to its regularly scheduled fitness and social recreational programs and classes, the Hunterdon County Senior Center has several interesting specials in September: Abe and Mary Todd Lincoln in conversation, a chamber music event transporting the audience back to the 18th century and more!
